By placing an order with Kandleberry Lane, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Handmade Variations

Kandleberry Lane products are handmade in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, color, wax finish, label placement, or other details may occur. These variations do not affect the intended use or quality of the product.

Fragrance

Fragrance is subjective, and scent strength and perception may vary from person to person and from one environment to another. Product descriptions and fragrance notes are provided to help you select a scent but cannot guarantee how a fragrance will be perceived by each individual.

Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for following all care and safety instructions provided with Kandleberry Lane products. Candles should never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Wax melts should only be used in appropriate wax warmers. Car diffusers should be used according to the included instructions, and fragrance oil should be kept from direct contact with vehicle surfaces.

Kandleberry Lane is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or misuse of a product.

Orders & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because products are made in small batches, quantities may be limited. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or if an error occurs with a product listing, price, or inventory.

Orders are subject to Kandleberry Lane’s separate Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies available on this website.
